Yesterday, me and my man went to see a movie at Erasmus Huis, a cultural centre from the Dutch Embassy. The movie is entitled "Spijt". We did not know what this means until we watched it. It tells about a story of a teenage boy who repeatedly experiences bullying until it goes too far and he can not take it anymore. To tell you the story short, the boy suffers depression and eventually ends his life by drowning himself to the lake.
Spiijt is a sad story but it contains great moral value. We know that bullying happens everywhere in the world. We even experience it ourselves when we are growing up. I know I do. One important question, have we done something to stop it?
Say no to bullying and stop buliers!
